Buying Bulk Image Processing Service

    Hello All,

    I am looking for some bulk image processing service. The task will basically involve snipping images of a PDF, removing embossing (if any) and standardizing the background.

    The task will involve snipping of over 200-300 images.

    I am looking for a bulk rate.

    Hi, im not sure you still need this help or not. Here is a image processing program in c#, it also inculdes pdf and word add on functions, hope this can help you.
