Bulk Image hosting (alternatives to Imgur)?

    So, Imgur removed support for hosting Ebay images, so I'm looking for an alternative.

    Requirements:
    API for uploading images
    hotlinking images allowed
    little if any usage limits / restrictions

    Free would be nice, but I'm already paying for use of the Imgur API.
    ($25/month for 25k uploads a day)

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
