Hey guys, I have a few thoudsands of folders of gallery but in each of these gallery there is a bunch of useless images such as thumbnails and html. It is a pain to go into each folder and manually deleting the useless files.

Is there a program that can mass delete these files for me? perhaps a program that can be set to deletes files in a folder under a certain file size?

if you run a dedicated server, its easy to do via shell commands or on the remote-desktop if a windows server.

if you are on standard-webspace i could hook you up with a customized php-script that crawls all your folders and deletes files that fall into your specifications (e.g. images below 10kb, files that are not jpg/gif/png ....)

Hey Happy, thanks for the reply. These files are on my home computer. What do you suggest for that?

well then use the windows-search for the folder they are in and search for files smaller-than and files file-type-of and then just delete them :)

Yeah using Windows search will do you a lot. Google Desktop Search is faster though; I recommend using it.
