Bulk Email

    Does anyone have a script or know where i can get a script where i can put it on my website and it can send some bulk email, ( not spam ) and import them from a txt list? It doesnt have to be php it can be html just need to make sure it doesnt have to use SSH or anything like that.

    I'm pretty sure that www.phplist.com can handle this. I've never used it though, so cannot comment on how good it is.
