Buying Bulk Directory Submission/Bookmarking for 100 websites

Hi Guys,

I have around 100 websites that I want to give a little sprinkle of backlinks to. They are fairly aged and most have a decent backlink history but I'd like to just top this up with a few more links.

Because the sites are all fairly small, budget is low (up to $2/site = $200 total).

I can supply the list of 100 domains and categories/keywords

Please feel free to suggest to me your white-hat method. Prefer to deal with someone with solid reputation/iTrader. NOTE: I will not consider risky methods!!
