With only 9 domains you likely won't get much of a transfer discount at most places. You can do a search for 0.99-$2 godaddy coupons all over the web and other forums, and use those to perform transfers for just a buck or two.
Hello Danny, what kind of domain extension(s) do you mean? TBH, most domain names don't have PROMO prices for transfer/renewal, because most Registries won't give PROMO plan to Registrars for domain transfer/renewal, but only for first year.
