Buying Bulk cheker script to check domains for spam china,arabic,japan links

I need a script that can check for spam 50-100+ or more domains.
Inspection be done through the website ahrefs.com or majestic seo (paid account)
Script can separate domains that are spam - Chinese, Korean, Japanese or other characters other than Latin, and those that are "clean." with latinc and cyrilic sumbols
Be able to check each domain in different proxy as with the free account can be checked only one domain.
