    Hello People...

Please suggest some strategies to build traffic (repeat visitors, essentially) on a site that's full of content... duplicate content (but not plagiarised)...

I'm looking for a lot of help...

    Thanks & Regards :)

duplicate content is dangerous. RSS pinging would be my first guess at getting the information indexed.

It's almost impossible to get duplicate content to rank in the search engines. So you have to get links to your site that actually generate traffic. I have an affiliate site that is mostly duplicate content and doesn't rank in the top 10 for any search term but it gets decent traffic and conversions because I've got some authority sites linking to it...and people actually click the links.

Try writing an article and offer it to authority sites in your niche.

This really depends on industry, in some cases there are no other options (science/chemistry), so if your website is in niche where you can not write unique content don't worry.

I have purchased a large bunch of PLR articles that have info. that people on the internet are looking for... Howevr, I guess I don't have a lot of time to sit and re-write each of those nor do I have enough cash to hire a writer (being one myself :p), which is why this query came up... What do I do in such case?

it is much advisable to create a unique content rather that duplicating. people don't want to see duplicate content on different sites.
