Building traffic for file sharing site

    I am still stuck in first gear with my new file sharing site. Does anyone have any hints on how to build traffic to a new file sharing site? Is it worth it to go with Adwords and posting links on forums?

    i think for first adwords is not worth enough.
    you can go by posting on forums, telling everybody with your signature.
    post some of the file on your filesharing,
    hope some will go to your site and download it
