    Whiz kids,

I recently registered a deleted domain related to webhosting. it is a .net domain but very targeted! I know when a domain gets deleted from the registry, all the SEO/PR value goes to zero. I what to know the following:

    1. Is building PR/SEO for a deleted domain very hard? or is it the same as marketing any new domain?

    2. Anyone here had any success with buying/marketing deleted domain names?

    Thank you.

It is difficult because you need to regain the trust from the search engines, which may take more time, work and patience.

I got a banned deleted domain, and It take me half year to get listed again. But rank higher, I think the old inbound links of this domain count.
