Building Quality Backlinks for a Tech Site

Hi Guys,

I started a new site - . I need to build backlinks for the site.
I am prepared to do the usual blog commenting, article submission, forum links and what not! But I do not know where to start and how to go about. SEO Gurus out there please help me about where to start these things.

its good that you have few different methods in the plan. it is always wise to put together a link building campaign using few different link building methods to make the seo campaign look natural in google's eyes. another reason for using various methods is because what works today may not work tomorrow so if you use several techniques, you are less likely to get hit by a major algorithm update.

where to start? just put together a list of methods you want to use and gather some information on them. building links isn;t really hard. its just time consuming, thats all. for article submission and social bookmarking, you will need to put together a list of sites you want to submit to and sign up for accounts. Once you are signed up, you than can login to those sites and submit your articles or bookmarks. same goes with forum posts and few other methods where you sign up for accounts on those sites and just do your submission.

for blog commenting, you just find a blogpost to comment to and post an on-topic comment using your url in the url field and your anchor text keyword in the name field. you will get more approval if you use a real name in the name field by the way.

Hopefully your site is fully optimized before you proceed with your link building campaign. Once it is optimized for your main keywords you need to analyze your competitors to see how many backlinks they have and the actual source of those backlinks. Once you have determined this put together a killer link building strategy that will eventually enable you to overtake them. You can do this with a variety backlinks from these sources:

social bookmarking
profile creation
blog commenting
Directory Submission
Press Release Submission
Forum Posting
Social Media Optimization
video Submission

I advise starting slow by creating some web 2.0 blog posts using unique and readable content different than the content on your money site. Build maybe 5-10 of these over a week, and blast this tier heavily with a variety of backlinks. After some time start building forum profiles/comments/etc.. directly to your money site and then blasting those 2nd tiers. Remember diversity, and velocity.

 

In addition to the steps mentioned above you can also find othe dlogs in your niche (there are lots of the actually) and place guest posts there. That will help you to drive traffic, get new readers and of course, get high quality backlinks.

plan is just a plan!the most important thing is action! and stay close to your plan!never give up!we have discussed the useful ways many times!but how many people follow thier plans?i doubt!

 

Try general/paid/niche directory submissions and bookmarking. These are very helpful in building quality links to your new site.
