So I am thinking about building out an affiliate program for our
company and I wanted to get your thoughts on the best company
to go with to get started? We would be looking to pay out 5% to 10%
per lead that turns into a sale.

    Thanks,
    Mike

You should start by trying a smaller network like wotogepa,convert2media,ads4dought, fluxads or adjump - they will most likely be more accommodating than the larger networks

I recommend a bigger network like SAS, PepperJam etc. You can negotiate the set up costs, and you can easily manage yourself the program.

what you do need a lot of is patience don't expect miracles in a one month. You build your name and reputation over time in the networks just like in any other place.
