    Hi Albert - are those links from highqualitybacklinks permanent or are they just for 1 year? Are they directory submissions or simply forum comments?

    I recommend using a directory submitter (some are even free) and you will quality links for basically a flat rate. Look in google for "directory submission software".

    Find auto approve blogs with dofollow and high pr. then make strong backlinks and protect them at least up to next PR update.
