all three approaches can work best but it depend on the scenario; if you are looking to backlink your personal website then you have to create link with your own name if some one search for your name of google your personal website should be on the first position, most of the time keyword comments are considered to be as spamming technique so i personally recommend that avoid this approach. home page and child pages backlinks are the same thing and again the question arises what page you are going to optimize, is this is main page or any child page, all in all these things depend on your requirement.
