Even the blogs are not adult blogs, the page you're going to comment will be related to your niche. So simply you get a backlink from a page which has content relevant to yours! Is your site is targeted for adult traffic, if 'YES' then try to get links by posting at adults forums/blogs such as iq69 or similar....if you have budget get paid links at few adult sites.

Theres lots of adult directories about, some even offer free link with no reciprocal. For example http://www.thebigadultdirectory.com is non recip and lists other non reciprocal adult directories.
Adult site is quiet hard to promote. There are only few directories that accepts adult site. Try to join forums that discusses adult thing.
