I recently started a new health search engine GuidedMed at http://www.guidedmed.com/en/ , where users can search health information by using mouse to select symptoms and answers to questions in a medical questionniare. No keyword typing is needed. GuidedMed works differently from existing keyword-based search engines, and I would be greatly appreciated if you could provide some suggestions on building links to this new health search engine, especially ways of distinguishing the new features provided by GuidedMed. You are always welcome to try GuidedMed, thanks.
Sounds like a great concept. I wonder how tough the competition is given sites like WebMd etc. but in any case. I'd suggest using lots of different methods for maximum affect. 1) Comments on DoFollow blogs are my favorite 2) Submit articles explaining your search engine 3) find some health related forums 4) post a video showing how to use it on YouTube. etc, etc, etc.... Best of luck
Thanks very much for the nice suggestions. I posted a demo video for the GuidedMed health search engine at YouTube whose link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFj5hE1OBbI and also put a link to that video at the GuidedMed home page http://www.guidedmed.com/en/ . Do you have any idea on inviting people to see that demo video? So many videos are posted on YouTube everyday and my video can easily get swamped. Also, do you have any suggestion on where to submit articles for explaining the GuidedMed health search engine?
