Building incomming links to my 'Blog' VS my 'Site' ??

    there are sites like blogtoplist.com which are pretty good backlinks for blogs only. they give you good backlink with the more traffic you have. Directories also work well

    For websites its mainly directories that give you backlinks.

    Do both. It shouldn't be either/or. Getting links to the blog will help for domain wide rankings, especially considering the blog is installed in a subfolder and not a subdomain. All links help.
