Building Expired Domain Software

I'd like to build my own expired domain software... Does anyone know how I can find information on how these expired domain name scripts are working, or where they are getting the bulk of the info on the drops?

I'm not worried about PR checking, backlink checking and all the easy stuff... I am trying to figure out how where the domain expired status comes from.

 

i think that pool.com posts expired domains for the next day in zip format.

I've got someone working on it right now, so I will have to wait and see how it comes out....

I'm still working on some features to make it easier to find domains that are available for registration at the moment of viewing... I'd like to simplify viewing to easily and quickly differentiate those expiring from those expired already.

 

I think you should have access to zone files of verisign registry. You have to apply for that to get the access. But, I am not very sure about this.
