I'll explain it to you the quickest way First, the proof go to eBay, then under advance search, type Item Id: 230178592605 or click here: http://cgi.ebay.com:80/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230178592605&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:1123 scroll below the page to see the UNIQUE visitor stats : September1 to September 12... Then go to an independent SEO service that will check and give you data results about number of links to my site , number of unique C blocks ( which is critical ) etc , etc copy and type this url into your browser window: http://www.seologs.com/link-analysis-tool/backlinks.html then type in my url address: http://www.ezyvideoshare.com ( DO NOT inlude "http:" ) Note how many stumbleupon backlinks you see as you scroll below my second site: (better and more backlinks) http://www.medcarehealth.com ( DO NOT inlude "http:" ) after you've checked these sites, see my previous post on page 1 of this thread: How to get FREE backlinks - FAST - using web2.0 and social bookmarking sites
ok Sitemarker please don't hijack this post with an entire article...(It doesn't look to me like those stumbleupon backlinks are helping too much - still PR 0) And as far as the whole human thing goes - it does simulate manual backlinking. The links are "accepted" but not activated immediately. Usually, from what I can tell, it is about 10 backlinks a day. Which isn't enough for google to give it a red flag (especially since I'm only doing PR 0 backlinks right now, they cost a cent per link haha)
My apologies if you feel like Im hijacking your thread. Not my intention at all. Anyway, what good is a PR if we're not getting any traffic. Like a guru once said,, "PageRank is not always synonymous to web traffic." If you did check on my 'ezyvideoshare.com' at PR4 site stats, then you'll see that StumbleUpon was responsible for that 5k/day unique visitors.... Also, 10 backlinks a day is still way too fast. That could mean ( i mean "could") about 150 backlinks in 15 days, or 300 a month. Not even authority sites can afford to do this as they know they could get penalized by Google..either that or your site maintains its pagerank after the google update....PR0... but of course, I could be wrong, you could be right.......its your site, 'your call Lastly,my other site (medcarehealth.com) is only about 4 months old if you check in WHOIS. Built right after the July Google PR update. If you're mathematical and know how PR is calculated, you can work out that this site should at least get a PR5 when google does its updating.... all the best
