Great information. I have a question.

So do you recommend Adbrite? Is adbrite popup or nonpopup? I don't have any pages in proxiied pages.

Does that mean, if there are 10 proxy sites in one server, if one of them gets blocked. All of them gets blocked?

AdBrite is basically the same thing as AdSense, however you can't use AdSense on the proxified pages. AdBrite is also not a popup. go to http://www.adbrite.com for more info

You can read an article here telling you how to put Adversal/AdBrite onto your proxified pages http://www.freeproxytemplates.com/adversal-adbrite-proxy/

Yep, if you're hosting multiple proxy websites on 1 IP/server, once that 1 site gets blocked, the whole server gets blocked, meaning all of the sites get blocked. If you have a dedicated server, you usually can buy new ip's from your web host and assign them to different sites.
