    Hi,

I have been doing some adsense websites and this is what I found:

It can be so confusing reading tons of text, so here's a great summary.

Choose your niche keyword market (see my other articles on Adsense). You need a niche with high paying click payments. (see link below for my blog for niche keyword help)
Add this keyword into the "keyword" meta tag in first place, add variations of the phase with lower and uppercase. Check out top competing sites for their keywords (don't copy - re-do your own version)
Add a meta tag "description" that will get peoples attention and make them click on it, remember this is what shows in google under the title.
Put the keyword phase at the start of your "Title", this is important. Then add a few more words as this is what shows in google searches. Not too many words 10-15 is good.
Start your page with a heading "H1" with the keyword phrase
Add content in the "BODY" with about 10 occurances of your keywords. Make sure they appear at the start and end of the text.
Break up the body with headings "H2" and "H3" , make sure the keyword is in them.
Add links to internal pages makes sure the link text has your keywords in them
Add other pages of content to your website with the same keywords
Publish articles on the web so you get incoming links. Make sure your keywords are in the article text and link back to your website.
