Building a Virtual Team to Collaborate on Projects: Let's make some money!

Hello, I've recently posted on the forums to get help for server administration, installs, etc. and got a great response. I'm now looking to expand my network of resources because I'm focusing my efforts getting new business.

I'm looking to partner with the following professionals to fill out my team:

1. An Online Marketing Guru/Expert
2. PHP Programmers focusing in PostNuke, Joomla, and SugarSales/Vtiger
3. Theme designers familiar with AutoTheme and HTML/CSS compliancy

Note, I'm looking to work/network with passionate people -- you don't have to be an internet veteran and newbies who are interested in learning are welcome.

Preferred professional partners will be located in the US, have 2 years experience in their field of expertise, want to have fun, while making money building their business from their home office.

A bit about me -- I have 10+ years of internet experience focusing in information/web design and internet based applications.

I earned my Master's degree in Educational Technology at San Diego State University and founded multi-media development company, iThinkMedia.

Hi Phynder, thanks for the responding and nice to meet you. Yes, it is great how the internet has opened up the world for quickly building virtual teams. BTW: what is your expertise or area of interest.

I'm working on serveral projects on my own and have a bit of money to re-invest in my business so I'm going to build out a few sites I own focusing primarily in doing virtual offices/collaboration and elearning.

Hey Vanessa - this thread seemed to slow down, so I thought I would perk it back up a little.

I do "data mining" type consulting - goofing around with data - as my primary "income". Great to hear you have some money to invest in new ventures. What skills do your new projects demand mostly?
