    Hello, I am building a website for a friend off of a simple HTML Template,

    I am trying to change the main header picture. What I did to try and change the header picture is simply make a picture that I wanted and named it the same thing as the original header picture but that did not work.

    The file name is: header-img.jpeg

    So i edited like I said another picture and named it that nad put it in the same folder but it is not working.

    Here is the Code:
    <!-- header  -->
    <div class="navigation"><span><a href="#">Gerard A. McHale Jr.,P.A.</a></span><a href="index.html"><img src="images/header_navigation_img_1.gif" alt="" /></a><a href="#"><img src="images/header_navigation_img_2.gif" alt="" /></a><a href="index-5.html"><img src="images/header_navigation_img_3.gif" alt="" /></a></div>
    <div class="header-img"><a href="index.html"><img src="images/logo.jpg" class="logo" alt="" /></a></div>
    <div class="menu">
    	<div class="act">&nbsp;Home</div>
    	<div class="menu-indent">
        	<div class="indent-menu">

    "header-img" isn't the image name, but the name of the HTML div area where the logo is located.

    Rename your file from header-img.jpeg, to logo.jpg, and save it in the logo/ folder, then it should work.

    I bet it's the fact that you are using a lowercase .jpg file extension when it might have gotten saved as .JPG uppercase file extension... try it.

    also.. correct, what I said is more of a sidenote to what organicCyborg is saying. I didn't really look at your code until after my first response and from what you are saying and what the code says, something is inconsistent.
