Building a new website, and start running it VS. Google indexing

I have a blog, and bought my own domain.

*The site is online for a week or so. How do I know if I am indexed already?
*When will I get indexed if I am still not?
*Is submiting my Sitemap to Google bound to increase my rank no matter what?
*I am thinking of hiring a SEO service for my site. it is 300$-450$ monthly for a guaranteed 1-3 first spots on Google. If you don't rank you don't pay.

- you can check by typing this on google search site:www. yoursite. com (of course without spaces)

*When will I get indexed if I am still not?
- there is not exact date or time for that one, but as long as you continue building some links then your site can be indexed.

- i think it depends on the terms you want to rank and of course your site analysis.. there should be a time frame for that, since SEO is a long time and continues process..

 

Check your blog with site:domainname in Google if it gives your blogs results then your blog is cached in the Google.

If your blog is not index then create & submit an XML sitemap in the Google webmaster tool. You can also submit your blog in social bookmarking sites to get easily index.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having indexation problems with your site. What have you done so far? Usually, it doesn't take me longer than 24 hours to get into Google

 

But starting a new website is the best idea, to earn.

 

i published articles, over a 100 in the past week..and i do not appear in google.
i signed to google webmasters and added my site, but dont know what to do further..

how can i be proactive other than publish articles?

 

Put link of your site in sig on good forums, with keyword you want to rank for, this can help with seo ranking!!

 

SEO companies are complete and utter rubbish for smaller companies but I'd love to see you spend the money cause your site is complete and utter rubbish, too, that takes up bandwidth more deserving for real companies.

 

Just type in your domain name to see if you are indexed. As far as the SEO service, do some research on them. Find out if they give you a time frame based on the keyword you want to rank for, if their no rank no pay policy is legit, might be something to try out.
