building a new forum

    I have just built a brand new forum and would like some visitors to post in order to get things started. If ther is anyone here that would like to help out please visit my forum at http://forums.icmelectronics.com

    Problem is, there's nothing on your forum that would make anybody want to join.

    I mean look at it, for a start it's using one of phpBB's default styles (the worse of the two), you've spelled "payed advertising" wrong, it's plastered in ads, you've made no effort to even change the logo and just to top it all off there is only one member - you.

    Do yourself a favour, get a better style and make it look remotely like your site...if nothing else. Make the ads blend in and get some paid posters to help start up the forum (assuming you're serious about it). If you keep it as it is, the forum will go nowhere.

    thats because i just started it. the hoel point of this post is to get people to post. it seemes rediculas to me to pay people to post when all it takes is just some one to stop buy and post something, anything, i dont even care if its span right now, and the layout will be taken care of.
