use phpLinkDirectory or Site-Sift. I like both.

Hearing good things about the cplinks directory script.

Currently I've shifted to the site-sift script with my directory, I like the script alot, easy to alter the standard template.

 

I am using INDEXU for 2 of my directories. I like it now after knowing how to customize it to my liking. I am using the lite edition.
