    Guys, all of you suggested forums posting and blog commenting for getting quality backlinks, but most of those links are "nofollow" links. Ho could we name those "quality" if they have the nofollow tag?

    backlinks from articles and commenting is good but forums , SMO also give you good back links..

    update your site content and you can ping your site and post and also try RSS feed submission..
