Hi I've been trying to do some business here and for the few transactions I have done I can say the experience has not gone well. If only I knew of the "iTrader" thing then. The people I tried (which I won't name yet, still get one more chance) would never have been a consideration if I looked at their lack of a rating within the iTrader thing. Now, maybe my idea has been done and something is already here. (If it is - PM me!!) The suggestion: I think we should have a board or chart of some kind showing the best rated iTraders. Top 50 (or 100) on page 1, followed by additional pages. Why? It would give traders something to aspire (and possibly compete) for. And it could help evaluate who you want to work with. It's not just the money either. There is also the time for trying to setup, as well as follow up, that makes it a pain. If enough people believe a chart of iTraders is useful, please post a positive comment supporting the idea. Maybe it will happen...? An additional idea is that they are also indexed by services (i.e. link building, directory submission, Forum posting, ) I think it would be a helpful and handy reference. And a time saver. What do you think?
uh...you can just look at the iTrader rating to see if a particular seller/buyer is trustworthy. looks like you'd want a certain ranking of members by iTrader points? but when you want to buy or sell something, you start a thread, people who respond to it have their iTrader displayed.
But that's not the point devin. It could allow you to look within a group of the top traders. And if it had reference to their trading practices (e.g. linkbuilding etc) then you could also see others offering similar services at a glance. Suddenly, instead of just posting, you also have the option of contacting the iTraders with the higher ratings. Most likely, they would recognize the value of their rating and charge a little extra. And the others that hope to make a name and increase their iTrader status would be more inclined to cut a deal in hopes of improving their rank. It should be a win-win-win for all. The higher rated traders, the regular traders willing to negotiate, and the buyer to have an easy reference when making a choice. When I've started a thread, there are lots of people that I know haven't seen it. Too much happening at DP. Hard to keep tabs on it all or stay up to date all the time. I'm guessing that a lot of people are like me and frequent more than just this one forum too. Hope that makes more sense. What ya think?
eh someone could sell 1000 links in a month for 5 bucks a pop, have an itrader of 1000, scam 1 person for $3000 and still be in the top 5
