    Hi everyone,

I want to build a betting page on my own but I don't know which software I should use. google tells me that there are 213497528 possibilities.

    e.g. here

Can you tell me which software I should use?

    The requirements are:

    - it should be scalable (some users at the beginning, hopefully a lot more in the future)
    - at first the bets are not with real money but of course in the future, so it should be safe (I don't need legal advise just technical)

    thanks for your help :)

Betting / casino-pages involves some pretty heavy algorithms running behind the scenes, and you'll normally not find much that will do this properly from the get-go. You're probably looking at quite a bit of development to get everything up and running, not to mention a graphics artist that knows what s/he is doing, to get the visuals up to par. I highly doubt that you will have much success with any ready-made casino-script you find. I looked into this some years ago, and back then, what was available was... very bad. Most only had a few games, the odds were completely off, the graphics sucked, etc. Not one of them worked properly. Granted, this was 5-6 years ago, I'm sure there are improvements, but I would still doubt readymade packages.
