markpole$ is right. This is not SPAM. Writing informative articles and submitting them to top article directories is something natural. It's perfectly natural to write articles and wanting to share them on top article directories and to keep readers informed (as soon as they will not add keywords as anchor texts and each article is unique..this is very important). so, it's not SPAM. the only thing that could be spam is 1) 10 web 2.0 creations. but this is questionable. it's also natural to create some blogs but it's not natural to just create and leave them there. markpole$ --you may inform your clients to keep posting on the 10 web 2.0 creations (after you'll finish them), to make them looks like real blog not created just for links (it could be just one NEW image per week or something). overall this is one of the few real seo services I ever saw here on DP.
Thank you for your comments mate, and I want to tell you that we will create new web 2.0 blogs and then we will submit contents periodically and ofcourse we will also do social bookmarking of all the links and at the end of our seo plan we will give those web 2.0 blogs to the respective clients with guiding them how to submit articles in these blogs, what kind of quality is required, and in what period they would have to submit articles and do bookmarking of links in natural ways too.
