    What is the source of the content? are they officially licences images from the content owner and I won't get any complaints from the owner of the content or what?

    Sources are from manga sites such as MangaReader, MangaFox, MangaPanda, MangaHere.
    Perhaps you know about these websites and how they work. Of course the images will be unlicensed but you probably won't get any complaints unless your website becomes popular.

    So the content is basically useless then if you are just putting unlicensed images onto it.
