    Thats why you use meta refreshes. They scrub the referrer out so that eBay has no idea where the traffic is coming from prior to getting to your domain.

    It depends on how you write the posts. You need to do it in a way thats convincing that its really YOUR items. Also you can't go overboard with the amount of posts you do in the same city/section.
