Ok, am trying my luck with you guys. Am sick of the freelancing sites, nothing but bad experience from them. The project is for a community site. Something like zedge.net but quite abit more features. Such as the ablity to upload videos that would automaticly converted into flash and place on the site library. This is just one one of the feature but a big one, other feature arnt that big. More info will be provided if you think you can do something like Zedge first.
