If you comment on a dofollow blog that is not indexed by google then your backlink would not count. That is why I said what I did. I hope I answered your question correctly.

I don't have such a high page rank yet, but you can comment on my blog too. I have top commentator which means that if you are one of the top 5 commenters you get a site wide link. All the comments are dofollow and I also have comment luv which will parse your last blog post and keywordluv which means that if you comment with your Name@Your Keywords the comment will come out like this. Name from Keywords with Keywords being the link.
