    I will build tv streaming site ( with free template ) for free.
    You just pay for domain and hosting.
    But if you're willing to use premium template, then just buy and I'll build it for free too.

    But in one condition. You will hire me to add videos and managing videos in your site.
    For that, I'll charge $40 per 1000 videos. and after we reach 10000 videos, I'll ask for $80 per week for adding videos and managing them ( checking links and fix broken links )
