Build A Niche Store setup confusing with ClickBank ID

    I see in BUILD A NICHE STORE set up tab where it offers "campaign ID" and just below that, "ClickBank ID" - however, as a ClickBank member, I have only the traditional "Username" and "Password". What do I add into that BANS setup for CAMPAIGN ID box and CLICKBANK ID box?
