Bug or rules? Error or mod's work?

    Hello,

I just reported somebody's post in one of my threads, a person who was bringing down the quality of the community and causing problems. It was on this thread:
    https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/site-flipping-partner-wanted.2524883/

It now seems that every single reply to my thread other than my own posts have been deleted. Is this some sort of glitch or error, or did the mods delete all the other people's posts? Looks kind of funny now with me talking to myself, lol. Some were from up to 6 months ago and I was hoping to go back and follow up with those people once in a while, so just wondering if they were deleted for being short posts, or if something happened that shouldn't have. Either way, thank you.

I just checked out your thread and you're right. You come across like a complete weirdo talking all to yourself.

IF it was not there after your report, then it means mod deleted useless post and maybe gave infractions to them if they don't follow rules.

They were intentionally deleted. They were basically "PM sent" posts.

Ok, thanks Shawn. Does the new xenforo system allow us to edit older posts now? Some forums you can edit any and all posts you ever made but I see the reasons behind allowing or disallowing that.

@ SpioltDiva - Yeah I know eh?! lol. Oh well. We're 90% weird nerds and geeks around here anyways. :)

Same rules as the old system... 8 hour window after posting you can edit.

    Cool thanks shawn.

ROFL. I got an infraction for quoting the rules to remind one of the people who posted in that thread not to leave PM sent posts. Funny, counterproductive imo, but funny.
Thank you again for cleaning up my thread and clarification on policies.
