    I actually run the sites for fun, but just curious if anyone had any ideas on the value of the two.

    lol, it's funny to see "buffalo chicken" without quote only has 130K hits on google, but with quote got 530K.

    I can't check OVT now, but it doesn't have a big market anyway.
    I will say high $xx to low $xxx.

    No. Quote marks means exact phrase. "buffalo chicken" = buffalo chicken, but buffalo chicken = buffalo something something chicken or chicken something something buffalo.
