This site - http://budgetweddingtips.org - is a site that I started back in 2010 when my daughter was engaged to be married. I had the idea that I'd be able to provide her with all sorts of ideas on how to save money while researching and adding to the site as I went along. Wrong! Like most normal 20 something brides to be, she wanted nothing to do with her dad giving her advice about her upcoming wedding. In the end, she did end up using a lot of the tips I'd come up with on the site and had an absolutely phenomenal wedding that people still talk about to this day! And she did so while not having any long term debt!

I wrote many of the articles you see on the site myself after doing a significant amount of research on how to run an outstanding wedding and subsequent reception, along with all that goes along with both. There are a few PLR articles I added later on, but the vast majority of the 88 articles are mine.

Unfortunately, after the wedding I grew tired of writing articles and my interest in the site waned over the past couple of years. I've done absolutely no marketing with the site, outside of running some paid traffic earlier this year. The monthly uniques and page views you see shown include paid traffic I sent to the site back in July. I have monetized it with Adsense, Bridaluxe and some Clickbank offerings. Due to the lack of any marketing, the site has only generated $4 via Adsense this year. But I don't think there is any question that with the proper marketing, this site could really do quite well, considering the quality of the articles as well as the topics covered on the site.

Even if you aren't interested in the site itself, the articles alone are worth my asking price! Only $1.17 per article!

The site is Wordpress based and utilizes the "Clickbump" theme. This is a premium / paid theme that requires that a new license be purchased when a site is sold. The cost of this new license is $37 at last check. This site is a "responsive" site, meaning it is mobile friendly.

If you are not interested in the site being mobile friendly, or you aren't interested in the Clickbump theme, the site could easily be converted to a free Wordpress theme.

BudgetWeddingTips.org got an overall PageSpeed Score of 94 (out of 100) on Google's PageSpeed Insights.

If I had the time and the continued interest in Weddings, I'd not be selling the site, would be continuing to add to it and would market it to the hilt because I don't think there is any question about the interest / money in this niche. Check out the searches in this niche, on a monthly global basis according to Google"
