    I need a vps or a small dedi for uploading movies to rapidshare..No site will be hosted no nothing, so no worries for DMCA..I need 2 tb/month and a good upload of 40 mpbs + ..Payment method paypal only..

    I would recommend you to get Offshore VPS

    Most probabbly, you will be kick out if you will host in USA
