My budget is 100 $ per month I need warez linking and preferably offshore(no USA and UK)

I need the hosting for a blog receiving more than 70 k users per day(around 180k impressions) ..Please post your offers here..No file hosting just warez linking(mainly piratebay and rapidshare)

Also all the images will be hosted elsewhere to keep bandwith usage to a minimum..
