And I interested because is only $1, so I order from him when 4 April 2008 and receive email confirmation with Order ID: 127487993
And I think I not be billed again.

I use buddypromoter only 1 week after I pay,and not use or browse to website buddypromoter.com anymore after that,and yesterday I just browse again to this website because i see in my billing , my CC is charged transaction from buddypromoter , total is 45 USD,and
this transaction without my knows and not I order , and I not receive order confirmation or billing confirmation for all transaction they made from 16April - 3 Mei to my email,

so I really dont know about all this transaction and just know after my bill come to my home,and make me confused how can I not order anymore from buddypromoter after 4 April but they billed me ,and charge me without my knows and my permission ,
and even from 4 transaction they made,but they not give me email billing or order confirmation for all transaction.

I email them yesterday , ask for refund but they not reply me until now..

And now when I see in his website, strange they now apply about monthly service charge 15USD and charge for every myspace update for 15USD,which when I order 4 April 2008 is not have tos like that and also when i signup not have monthly service charge,so what is this ??
They change Tos and apply monthly service charge 15USD and charge my CC without give information about all to me ,whereas when I signup 4 April 2008 is not have tos like that and when 4 April 2008 not have monthly service charge,

So I sure they change this all after 4 April 2008 and not give information to me about it to my email,
and they easyly charge my CC as they like..

How can I know about they change rule about must pay 15USD monthly service and charge 15USD for every myspace update,if I not browse and use this website again because I only use buddypromotor for 1 week from I signup and not use it anymore after 1 week,
and they not give information about change tos and apply monthly service to my email...
And they start charge my CC when 16/04 2008 without give me email billing or email confirmation and without my permission and my knowing
And when I signup 4 April has not information if I will billed again for update myspace and has not information must pay for monthly service..

Is really fraudulently and should I not charged from this all because I signup when 4 April which when 4 April they not apply monthly service and no information when I order I must pay every myspace update for $15,and even they not give me information to my email after they change tos and apply monthly service..

Please advice what i must to do to against them,I dont want someone easyly scam my money ,although is only $45,but this money is not realy easy to get

Yes, I suggest you try to sort it out with their staff before charging back even though this constitutes an unauthorized charge.

And i bet he updates his software every month 4 times and charges you $20 per update, so an extra $80 a month, I have had the same issue with a similar software, $1 offer and wammo next day a mysterious 4 updates for $80, then next month the same thing.

Cancel your card and try for a charge back - make sure you cancel card.

Opt out is sometimes a 403 redirect page - like I found out.

 

Contact your credit-card company up and explain the situation to them. Tell them you were only suppose to be charged $1, and were charged $45. They should be more than willing to help you out with this situation and side in your favor.

When you enter your credit card information and become a subscriber then they will charge you monthly. The $1 is to lure people in then it goes back to normal fees the following month which is the $45 you stated. You have to cancel your subscription in order to not be charged and no it isn't illegal, but you got a refund anyways so it's all good.

 

It can be, it depends on the way in which they tell you that there are subsciption fees, some companies or scammers will hide this subscription information from you or make it very difficult to find, the legal front is to make it obvious and for the buyer to accept the subscription with full knowledge of the associated fees.

so when I signup , their original price is 97USD but because their promo 1 Years Anniversary so price only 1 USD
and is not mean subscribed like you thinking

and when I signup ,they not apply for monthly service but one time fee 97USD,and I received price only 1USD because their promotion

buddypromoter.com seem not really refund me,and cheat me,

I has try to patience with them,but until now seem they not really refund me and only cheat me..
now,its has 15day from they promise issued refund to me from unauthorized charge total 45 USD they do to me from 16April 2008 - 3May 2008..
but until now I not yet received my refund from they to my CC ,and I has email them from 6Juni, has 3 email ask them why refund not yet received until now in my CC, but they ignore my email and not reply me..

honestly I really feel they scam me,they charged me total 45USD without my permisssion,and without my knows,

Here is what I have gone ahead and done, I tried paypal but since the balance in our business paypal is lower then what I was going to send you it would have came out in a E-Check which would of take 5 business days to clear, I have went in and refunded you for your update charges with us and had a email notification sent out for confirmation of these refunds, This should take less then 5 business days to show in your bank account depending how fast your bank is on accepting and processing these refunds.


But why until now I not yet received this refund ?
and I has email them from 6 June ask about this why I not yet received refund to my CC until now,
but they not reply me until now ?

Now , I has email them again,let see they really refund me or only cheat and scam me...!!

 

yup they are scammers and hide the fact that updates cost $15 each and they will update 3 times per month, I wanted another product and found that it was owned by the same scammers so I avoided it also, they are loosing money and customers - I can only be burnt once.

 

Just chargeback now. If you don't use their services then you have nothing to lose by charging back.

 

don't feel bad they hit me for 97 dollars 3 times in 10 minutes last month, and that got me 2 34 dollar overdrafts. all from the same companies you listed. check ripoff.com. my bank fixed it what a pain

this scammer charged me too another total 194 USD when 21/05 and 23/05 2008
fortunate I has block my CC when 28May,so this scammer cannot be charged me again after this

i really mad,he really big scammer,hope someone report he to interpoll,
he really fraudster,I want he get punished what they do
