The domain registration service that BT Business provides if TERRIBLE. If they were the last domain registration service on the internet, I would rather let my site die than deal with them. You have to wait umpteen days for your domain to register, there is no support for Name Servers, the support site doesn't work, the forum support is non existent, the domain management panel is often down. I have had no end of trouble since registration. Definitely would advise chewing your arm off above using them as a domain registration service.
