For sale we have "BSTads.com" A premiuim Classifieds site in the Freelance Web services niche. The site can easily be expanded into other niches as well, we just decided to foucus on web design related services.

Revenue: The site has been running for about a week, already has 65 registered users and 40 ads posted. There is a featured ad option that allows you to charge users to keep their ads on top, and you can add google ads and banners. Lots of potential for revenue with banner ads, text links, google ads, featured ads. We have also set it to not allow users to post html code in their ads, you could have another upgrade option that allowed html coding to those that pay you a fee etc.

We have not added any of our revenue code to the site so am reporting no income over the past week. We are running another classifieds site with the same script and getting adsence clicks anywhere from $.25 to $1 on that one and have sold a few featured spots.

History: We obtained the site earlier this summer in a lot of sites that we purchased, it was using a free classified script, was full of viruses and spam. So we removed the orginal site, found a more secure and dependable classified script and have tried to revive the site.

Why are we selling this site: We have many sites to run including a few classified sites, so have decided that this may benifit somebody else.
