    BST Rules apply here!!! Is it so hard to put this in the Forum Rules, or in the first post of a sticky thread?
    What are the chances that a honest user, willing to follow the forum rules, carefully reading the forum rules, and also the first posts of the sticky threads (but of course not all the replies) will find in the last post of the last sticky thread that he is not allowed to announce his directory here unless having 25 posts?
    Do you enjoy deleting threads?
