hello, I've recently created a thread for selling one of my sites
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1585012
a member called scriptreseller BIN'ed, and automatically my thread was closed
that's not an issue, I pm'ed him to ask if bid is fake or real and he replied that bid is ok, the he dissapeared and not replying to my PM's.

Question : Can I create that thread again? Is it ok?

After 4 days waiting, I would report his bid as a fake, and request permission to open a new thread as he as you put it, "muddled" your sales thread up.
