Bryce 5.5

Heyas,

Downloaded Bryce 5.5 yesterday, nice program.
I've been fiddling with Blender for a short while also and I'm getting to grips with that, so I decided to try other programs too and decided to go with Bryce 5.5.

Just wondered if anyone here has ever used the program and could show us what kind of things you've produced or if you know of any good online tutorials, and yes before you ask, I have googled tutorials too lol, I just decided to ask here too

 

I've heard that it was a horrible program. Is it the 3d rendering program like MAYA?

 

Bryce! now there's a name I haven't heard in a long time.

Blender is good, do keep learning that.

 

Why, is Bryce not ment to be that good?
I'm still chugging along with Blender, is it not worth the time to fiddle with Bryce too?

I've seen some nice things done with it online, but then again i guess Blender could do all those things too.

 

I guess Bryce is more about 3d landscape. And yes blender is way to go.

 

Well if all I wanted to do was Landscape renders I'd just use Terregen/2
