    i saw an interview with him in pbs advocating it.

    Yeah, that was a segment with Bill Moyers. It's interesting to listen to Fein talk about impeachment. We generally think of it as something extreme, but his opinion is that the Founders expected us (the people) to use it whenever warranted, as another check and balance.
