I'm not crazy on the design - but to be honest, most webgames in your genre look a lot like that. The game itself is very indepth! I can see a lot of people developing an addiction - but only if it's marketed enough to gain an initial popularity boost, as unfortunately - you're in a very crowded marketplace. I think throw a few hundred $$$'s into an adwords campaign, try and get in with some decent advertisers (CPX, Adtegrity, Valueclick, Burst, Casale..) and you should be flying One question for yourself though - did you develop the game itself from scratch, or is it based off a free script? I think the design could be better, you should get a professional logo and add some better graphics into the header, overall I think you should add more colors into the color scheme.
