The well researched, densely sourced, tell all book "Confidence Men", by Ron Suskind, reveals the Obama white house fits "all of the classic legal requirements for a genuinely hostile workplace to women.â€, acording to White House communications director Anita Dunn. In interviews at the time, female officials complained that top aides fueled the high-testosterone atmosphere. Footballs were occasionally thrown during staff meetings, by one account. Rough language abounded. Christina Romer, chairwoman of Obama's Council of Economic advisors was apparently excluded from meetings with the president on economic matters. Romer is quoted by Suskind saying, after being excluded by Summers at a meeting, "I felt like a piece of meat." Perhaps she should have shut the hell up and gotten the boys some coffee so they could figure out what to do next with the US economy. As they say in pimp, "G's up, Ho's down". Reminds me of the lyrics to a famous song. The president clearly seems to be a fan. source source source
